Our staff are dedicated individuals who strive to provide the care needed. They exceed the development standards required by regulators as they are highly trained in various areas of their field. All our staff have either qualified at NVQ Level 2 or are currently on the programme.

Our senior staff and managers are qualified to at least NVQ Level 4 or Registered Managers Level. Our Care Workers are multi-cultural and come from a wide range of ethnic backgrounds. We can match the cultural needs of our service users and this is one of our specialist fields. We have male and female care workers who are equally dedicated and trained.

Our managers are highly skilled with qualifications such as Registered Nurses, Psychiatric Nurses, Management Qualifications and many years experience in the Person Centred Planning approach which we use. This approach means that we can meet your needs whilst enabling you to build relationships and trust with our support workers.

Our staff understand how important it is to provide a care service that meets your needs and they will do everything they can to help you.

Confidential­ity
Our care staff are all bound by a code of conduct which includes preserving the confidentiality of any information that you divulge. We will not actively seek confidential information from you unless we feel that it is in your best interests, i.e to enable us to prepare a better care plan for you.

Where we do have such information, we would not disclose any of it to any unauthorised third party without your express permission, except in an emergency or crisis situation. When this happens we will always keep you informed of any discussions that have taken place and this will be recorded in your care records, which you may have access to at any time.
