Please accept this letter as my heartfelt thank you for your assistance, in such a quick efficient manner, in securing health care for my mother, E.D. After being away from England for over 45 years and being unaware of the process in obtaining care, it was such a relief to find services as compassionate and dedicated with this rather delicate situation.
